I didn’t drink alcohol this week. It’s better that way.
My folks left town this week, after we got to spend about two weeks together in the mountains. I’m grateful for the time I get to spend with them even if it stresses me out, and I’m grateful for their support and the fact that they believe in me and my vision.
I got on the torch a bit this week and it felt great. I’ve been working to restock inventory of the new mug I’m making with Stan after we completely sold out. It’s been a fun project to work on the last few weeks. I’m also working on a large commissioned order for a client right now and NüBen made some of the prep I’m using. Stan and I have been working with him to develop his skills and after a few short months he is finally contributing to production at Bat Country Studios.
I’m currently down in Denver, getting ready to attend the South Pearl Street Market with a big crew of artists and collectors before I head back up the hill. It’s a nice change for me to be able to go out and socialize with our friends and not be working which is the typical dynamic at my shows and events.
We had a few big sales this week that are going to be crucial for funding some of the projects we have on deck. Right now our inventory is probably the most it has ever been so if there is a cup you’ve had your eyes on feel free to reach out about a payment plan or a package deal to help us free up some more funds for some exciting things on the horizon.
I want to write more but I also need to get moving so Samosa Dave doesn’t sell out before I get to the market. I also want to be able to be present with my friends and get off my phone this morning, but when I get back to the studio tonight I’ll be running some live stream Sunday Specials. For a few of our deals of the week check out the Sunday Specials here!
As always thanks for tuning in and enjoy your Sunday!
